Meet Chloe.
The Skin Method is a one-on-one skin studio in Tweed Heads, founded by Chloe, an Advanced Dermal Therapist with over 10 years of experience in the skin industry. After training at the French Beauty Academy and building her career in some of Australia's leading skin clinics, Chloe created The Skin Method around a simple philosophy: skin treatments should be personalised, evidence-based and never one-size-fits-all.
From leading clinics to her own studio
Chloe studied at the French Beauty Academy, then spent a decade inside some of Australia's leading skin clinics, progressing through roles as Senior Dermal Therapist, Trainer, Mentor and Clinic Manager. Along the way she treated thousands of faces, trained other therapists and saw exactly where high-volume clinics let clients down: rushed appointments, rotating staff and treatment plans built around sales targets instead of skin.
The Skin Method in Tweed Heads is the opposite of that. One practitioner, one room, one client at a time.
How Chloe works
Every plan starts by understanding your skin, lifestyle and goals, not by reaching for a machine.
- Personalised. Your skin, history, sensitivity and downtime tolerance shape every recommendation.
- Evidence-based. Treatments are chosen for the mechanism behind them, and expectations are kept realistic.
- Honest. If a treatment is not right for you, Chloe will say so, and she will never pressure you toward the most expensive option.
- Transparent. Every price is published, from a $15 lip wax to the $399 EXO GROW hair protocol, so there are no surprises at the counter.
The studio
You will find The Skin Method at Suite 8, 80 Keith Compton Drive, Tweed Heads, minutes from Coolangatta and the southern Gold Coast. The studio is intentionally calm and private: appointments never overlap, and your visit always includes time to talk through your skin before and after treatment.
Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 8am to 3pm.

Every treatment at The Skin Method is performed personally by Chloe, an Advanced Dermal Therapist with over 10 years of industry experience. You see the same practitioner at every visit, which is how your plan stays consistent.
I have never had a professional skin treatment. Where do I start?
Start with the $50 skin analysis. Your skin is assessed with the OBSERVE imaging machine, you talk through your goals, and you leave with a clear, honest plan and exact prices, with no obligation to book further.
Do you sell packages or memberships?
There are curated packages, like the Mum Reset and Red Carpet Radiance, that bundle complementary treatments at a clear price. They are published upfront and recommended only when they genuinely fit your plan.
