The Skin Method respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you book or visit, we may collect your name, contact details, appointment history and the skin information you share with us (such as concerns, sensitivities, products in use and photos taken for treatment planning with your consent). Online bookings are processed through our booking provider, Timely, which handles payment and appointment data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
Your information is used to plan and deliver your treatments, keep accurate records, send appointment reminders and, only if you opt in, occasional updates about services and offers. Every marketing message includes a simple way to opt out, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Storage, access and contact
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only share it with service providers needed to run the studio (such as booking and payment systems). You can ask to access or correct your information at any time by calling 0478 020 426 or speaking with us in the studio.
